Custom Screen Preparation

Turn your artwork into a screen ready for screen printing.

We can prepare screens up to 20" × 24", with a maximum artwork/design area of 13" × 19".

Artwork Requirements

Please provide your artwork at the size you want it printed whenever possible.

Accepted artwork should be high-quality and suitable for screen printing. If you're unsure whether your artwork will work, contact us before placing your order.

Before You Order

The price is based on the number of screens being prepared. Complex artwork, artwork cleanup, or other design work may require an additional charge.

After your order is placed, we'll review your artwork and contact you if anything needs to be changed before your screen is prepared.

Screens are prepared to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for production before your order ships. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.

WHICH MESH SHOULD I CHOOSE?

    Best for bold designs and heavier ink deposits. Great for larger graphics, text, and less detailed artwork.

  • 160 MESH

    Best for finer details and cleaner prints. Great for more detailed artwork, smaller elements, and smoother ink coverage.
